Creating a transparent service and benefits delivery ecosystem
Hundreds of NGOs, Foundations and Trusts provide food, clothing, shelter, education, health, medical and other facilities to the millions of underprivileged and needy children, women, adults and elderly. The benefits are provided by in-house teams or service providers.
The funds for providing these benefits are raised from various donor individuals and institutions. The track record of the NGO / Foundation / Trust apart from vision, mission and objectives becomes a crucial deciding factor.
Research indicates that those NGOs that are able to present the traceability of the donor funds to the last beneficiary and/or demonstrate the impact of the donor funds stand a better chance to receive more donations.

How do users get access to the APP?
The APP can be downloaded from the Android / iOS stores. It can also be distributed through other channels.

What do users need to use the APP?
Users need to have valid credentials to use the APP.

Can we customize the input forms to capture information relevant to our needs?
Yes. The input forms can be customized for specific needs / purposes.

We want to capture the photographs, videos of beneficiaries receiving the benefits. Is it possible to do so?
Photographs and videos can be captured.

Is it possible to geo-track the location of benefit / service delivery?
Yes, the benefits tracker provides the facility to capture the GPS location of the benefit / service delivery place.

Can we modify the input forms, after we have started collecting data?
Yes, the input forms can be modified anytime. The users will receive the modified forms during the next sync.

Most of our staff are not conversant with English. Can the APP be configured in local languages and how many?
Yes, the APP can be configured in any local language as long as it is Unicode compliant.

Most of our staff are not well educated and have a very limited exposure to Smart Phones. Will they be able to use the APP?
Yes. The APP is very easy to use. After our initial training, users would be able to use the APP without much support. Our APP is being extensively used in rural areas and therefore, usability has been designed keeping such users in mind.

Can the data collected be updated/corrected at a later date?
Yes, the user can search the old data entries in the application, correct and upload the changes.

What can be done to prevent wrong information being entered during data collection?
In order to prevent invalid data from being entered, validation criteria and checks can be added to questions. User would be forced to enter valid data to save the record or to move to the next screen.

Some of the locations where we work do not have good internet connectivity? Can we still use the APP in such locations?
Yes, the APP can be used while being fully offline.

What happens when two users have independently updated the data of the same beneficiary while being offline?
In case two users have independently updated the data of the same beneficiary while being offline and there is no conflict, then the records would get automatically merged and both users would receive the latest consolidated changes. In case of a conflict, the record will appear in the ‘’Conflict data” section of the APP. The user who updated the data later, will be able to change and upload; these changes would be considered to be final.

We have already given QR code-based ID cards to our beneficiaries. Can the QR codes be used to update the data on the APP?
Yes, the QR Codes can be scanned to retrieve the beneficiary and capture/update the data. We will guide you with the entire process during implementation.

Can consent of a beneficiary be taken on the APP?
Yes, digital consents can be taken. Please contact us for more information on this.

How do the users view the collected data?
Data collectors can view their data directly on the Mobile. Admins can view the data on Dashboards and Portals. Dashboards provide the facility to view the data of every individual beneficiary. Data can also be downloaded from the dashboards.
