Properties

Various properties such as read-only, editable and mandatory can be associated with form fields. Fields which are marked as read only cannot be used for receiving user inputs. The values in these fields are calculated when the record is submitted. For e.g. transaction number can be a read only field. A value is automatically generated and assigned to this field when a record is submitted by the user.

Validations

Logic can be implemented to validate user inputs within fields. For example, validation rules can ensure that the structure of an email address entered by the user is correct. Inputs can also be compared to one another for validation. For instance, logic can enforce that a "from date" is earlier than an "end date."

Appearance

Appverse supports multiple appearances for each field type. For e.g. a text field can have single line, multi-line or rich text type of appearance. Similarly, based on one's preference, the appearance of date and times fields can be set. Dates can be displayed in calendar format or month-year format or just the year format."

Security

Appverse provides the capability to encrypt and store any field at rest, beyond those designated as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI). Encrypted fields are securely masked and presented to the user."

Data-Privacy

Appverse adheres to recommended best practices for data privacy. The ViewZen platform empowers tenant owners to define their own data privacy and protection policies, which Appverse enforces throughout form design and subsequent user interactions. Fields can be designated as PII (Personally Identifiable Information) or PHI (Protected Health Information). In alignment with the defined data privacy policies, Appverse ensures that data is encrypted during storage, securely handled, and appropriately masked when displayed across the Appverse front end, downloads, notifications, and more."

Conditional-logic

Conditional logic enables forms to dynamically display or hide fields / sections / groups based on user responses. Appverse allows users to write conditional logic to control field display and navigation within forms."

Interconnected-Forms

Forms can be interconnected for seamless integration. In Appverse, one form can be linked to another, allowing it to receive inputs directly from these connections."
