The Maternal and Child Care Framework has a set of applications that facilitate data collection at source and near real-time analysis and visualization of data.

  • The Mobile App is a key component of our framework. The platform facilitates any kind of new data collection input form to be created and rolled out.
  • The Analytics platform facilitates analysis, visualization and presentation of data to various stakeholders and platforms.

Maternal and child care services

The Maternal Care application covers the entire gamut of services that a woman receives from the time she conceives till about 42 days post-delivery. These services include

  • Registration and Past Obstetric History
  • 4 / 6 Ante Natal Checks (ANCs) with information on (i) Weight (ii) Haemoglobin (iii) Blood Pressure (iv) Sugar (if done) (v) Urine Test (if done) (vi) TT Injection (if given) (vii) Iron & Folic Acid (IFA), Folic Acid and Calcium Tabs (if given) (viii) Abdominal examination
  • Emergency / Routine Home Visits by the Health Workers and Referrals
  • Delivery details, Outcome of Pregnancy & Counselling - Birth times, birth weight, birth defects, any complications during delivery
  • 6 / 7 Home based newborn Care (HBNC) visits - monitoring of vital parameters of mother and newborn

The application enables health workers / care providers to
