The Mobile App can be configured in multiple languages. Both the input forms and App supports multi-lingual features
Online / Offline
Data can be collected while being entirely offline. Data can be uploaded on demand or in the background whenever internet connectivity is available
Security
Collected information is stored safely. Synchronization via SSL ensures that the data can't be read by a third party
Personalisation
Users can personalize fonts, colors, positioning of the text elements and so on
QR Codes
App can be configured via QR codes. QR codes can be shared with users making it simpler to connect to the right servers
Input Paths
Input Paths can be created to reduce data entry and ensure only relevant data is captured
Dynamic Calculations
Input fields can be configured to calculate values on the fly. Business logic can be implemented on dynamically calculated values
Dashboards
Dashboards can be enabled for any project. Separate dashboards based on the user-roles can be configured
Location data
Sangrah provides an inbuilt facility to collect GPS points and GPS traces
Media
Collection of input data in various media formats such as images, audio and video formats is supported in Sangrah
Sangrah Form Builder
Sangrah form builder is a quick and easy way to configure input forms.

- Enables custom validations on fields
- Provides an option to choose a layout of the form from a set of different display layouts
Form builder is quite simple and easy to use; does not require any specialised training.
Sangrah Mobile Apps
Sangrah is device agnostic. Sangrah Mobile Apps can be used on both iOS and Android devices.
Sangrah Mobile Apps do not support self registration. Therefore, users have to be first on-boarded on the Sangrah Web Portal. Assigned users can then download the App from the Play / App Stores or through other distribution channels. Once the App is downloaded, users can get access to the input forms, projects and dashboards assigned to them.
Sangrah Mobile Apps are responsive and can be used on all commonly used Android and iOS mobiles and tabs.
Sangrah Web Portal
Sangrah Web Portal allows creation of projects, users, allocation / assignment of projects & roles to users. Sangrah web portal manages the users and project data.
- Sangrah Project Builder on the web portal enables input forms to be organized into Modules and Projects. Dependencies amongst modules can be configured on the web portal.
- Users once created can be assigned to different projects. Granular access control on the project modules can be configured
- Web Portal provides facilities to download the data in excel / JSON format or to be released through APIs for other applications to consume
Media (images, videos, sound recordings) can be downloaded as a ZIP file

Can iOS APPs be created?
The APPs configured on our platform can be used on both Android and iOS devices

The APPs can be configured in any Unicode supported language

Does it support offline APPs?
The APPs configured on the platform can work offline. However, internet is required for entering the username and syncing the data

Can the APP be used for collecting GPS locations and media type data?
Yes. The APP can be used to collect GPS points, GPS traces, audio and video data

Can the GPS be collected while being offline?
Yes. GPS data can be collected without an active internet signal. However, the location services on the device have to be turned on

What is the sync process?
Sync is a feature available by default for any configured APP.
Sync
a. Downloads the master data, configurations and project data onto the device and
b. Uploads the project data onto the server
Active internet signal is required for syncing. -
Can the sync happen automatically?
Yes. The sync can happen automatically. However, the user has to enable requisite access from the phone settings.

How can one configure APPs?
ViewZen team's support is required to configure the APPs. We are currently re-building our Designer. In future, we will allow users to configure their own APPs

Where would my APP be hosted?
The APP would be hosted on a cloud environment. The entire setup can be done on a private cloud as well

How long does it take to configure an APP?
APPs can be configured in a matter of a few hours to a few weeks depending upon their complexity. Very simple APPs can be configured within a few hours

Can APPs requiring complex business logics and validations be configured?
Yes. Very complex business logics and validations have been configured under numerous projects.
